You can measure the value of executive coaching in different ways. It is tough to spot the effect in short term, however, the long-term can give us a more precise picture.

Here the value is both subjective and objective. It can either be judged by a hard date or evaluated by the atmosphere, attitude, and achievement.

We have tried to create five categories to measure the success of executive coaching. You can check whether or not the coach-and-four has done a good job? Is the executive worth your fund and day? Let’s see these categories:

1. Communication Skills

Having excellent communication skills is must for coaching to reflect the high level of their position. This even portrays their ability to lead. These skills are measured subjectively and improvement could be traced easily. A major component of communication is interpersonal skills that also helps in strengthening relationship within an organization.

2. Emotional Intelligence

One has to analyze the process within the market and his organization. This enables them to understand their squad members and employees. Sympathy, Empathy, Patience, Sensitivity, Perceptiveness, and Responsiveness are major components of this emotional intelligence. One of the most overlooked value is the ability to teach emotional intelligence.

3. Productivity

Companies usually offer executive coaching to boost the business productivity. Executives should learn to inspire, motivate and educate. They should learn how to become efficient in their role as leader. This can be measured both objectively and subjectively through hard data and attitude.
