The normal individual invests the accompanying measure of energy on a normal day:

  • 5 hours dozing.
  • 1 hour committed to individual consideration.
  • 5 hours on family unit errands (cooking, cleaning, cultivating, shopping, and so forth)
  • 5 hours at work as well as school-related exercises on weekdays and (4 to 5 hours toward the end of the week).
  • 3 hours thinking about others, either the individuals who live with us (kids and life partners) or those exteriors of our homes (older family members, charitable effort).

If you include the numbers, you’ll see that “leisure time” is truly at a higher cost than expected!
