Dr Rajeev Gupta is a Consultant Paediatrician with special interest in Gastroenterology and Nutrition. He has worked in the United Kingdom for 26 years and is currently Chairman of the Central Specialist Committee of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He has been Chairman of the Regional Council of British Medical Association (BMA) and Chairman of Regional Consultants committee for 5 years. He has also been chairman of the Education Committee of the British Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and nutrition. He is Chairman of the Yorkshire Division of the British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) for 20 years and BAPIO has started its nurses wing BINA British Indian Nurses Association which is extremely popular as there are Indian Nurses being brought to the UK. He provides coaching and mentoring to the Indian professionals and is a part of Indo UK Collaboration.
